What are the basic requirements to drive for your company? 12 months of experience and a Class A CDL is required. Please be advised we don't dispatch for box, dump, or school vehicle operators.

How do I receive updates regarding the status of my application? Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by our corporate office. Once they have reviewed your application, you will be notified regarding any additional requirements during the application process.
Once hired, are we required to complete orientation? Virtual orientation is required during the application process and is monitored by our corporate office.
Do your drivers run on assigned routes or a set schedule? Our drivers are dispatched based on customer loading and delivery schedules.
Are Company Driver's allowed to take the truck home? NO. Company drivers are not allowed take Hale Intermodal trucks home. As a company driver, you will rotate in and out of a company truck. Company driver's will need to clean up and remove all belongings everyday as well as leave ELD iPad in the company truck.
What is the pay? Weekly gross amounts vary based on your availability to dispatch. In addition, we pay 70% of the load and 100% of the fuel surcharge.
Are there any trainings held for drivers throughout the year? No. There are no trainings however there is an annual meeting at the beginning of each year for drivers to learn new information, share resources as well as celebrate accomplishments from the previous year
